Your email address, to send you the download links and answer your questions. Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Payment data. Your card is processed by monobank (Universal Bank JSC, Ukraine). We only receive the order number, amount and payment status, never your card details. Legal basis: contract and our legal duty to keep records (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Time of your consent to immediate delivery of the file, to prove it if needed. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).
Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel), only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. They help us see which ads lead to purchases. When you buy, we also send Meta a hashed (unreadable) version of your email and technical data (IP address, browser) to measure the purchase. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
Only the services we need to deliver the product: monobank (payment, Ukraine), Netlify (website hosting, USA), Resend (sending emails, USA), Telegram (an order notification to the seller, without your email) and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, only with your consent). Some of them are outside the EU; transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable. We do not sell your data.
Order data is kept for as long as required for accounting and tax records (usually up to 3 years), and email correspondence for as long as needed to answer you.
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@epoksydka.store. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
