The guide is sold by Kyrylo Slobodnichenko, a registered sole proprietor in Ukraine (details in section 10). By placing an order and paying on epoksydka.store you accept these terms.
You buy a digital product: the PDF guide “How to use epoxy resin” in the language of the page where you ordered, in two versions with the same text (A4 for computer and printing, and a narrow version for phones). It is not delivered on a physical medium.
The guide is for information only. It is not medical, legal, engineering or other professional advice. Always follow the label, technical data sheet (TDS) and safety data sheet (SDS) of the resin you use.
The price is shown on the order page. Payment is processed by monobank (Universal Bank JSC, Ukraine) and is charged in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH). The amount in euros shown on the page is approximate. Your bank converts the payment into your currency and may charge its own conversion fee.
We never receive or store your card details: the payment is handled by the payment provider. A receipt is issued for every purchase.
After the payment is confirmed, download links appear on the thank-you page and are sent to the email you entered. The links work for 7 days. If a file does not download, write to us and we will send it by hand.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once the download is made available, if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. You give this agreement by ticking the box before payment.
If the file is damaged, incomplete or does not match this description, we will replace it or refund you.
Our voluntary guarantee. In addition, we refund the full price if you ask within 7 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Just write to info@epoksydka.store. Refunds are made to the card you paid with.
The guide is protected by copyright. You may use it for your personal needs and print it for yourself. You may not share, resell or publish the file or parts of it, or give it to third parties.
We process your data as described in the privacy policy.
We are not responsible for damage caused by your own actions based on the information in the guide, or for problems with your device, software or internet connection. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country.
